Appalachian group from Cardiff. Orange shirt, black trousers, striped socks.
Tiger Feet is Cardiff's Appalachian dance group - remember Tiger Bay? Although usually done with tap shoes in order to emphasise the rhythms, Tiger Feet dances are folk dances and can be done by any group that is prepared to put in a bit of effort to learn and practise them. Why not ask the group for the instructions. Tiger Feet use traditional Appalachian steps and focus particularly on dancing together as a group. They also enjoy new music and movements that allow the dance form to evolve.
